1. What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser by the site you visit. They are used to make the site work, keep you signed in and keep things secure.
2. Cookies we use
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and panels to work. They rely on the legal grounds of entering into and performing a contract and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 of the KVKK; if they are blocked, basic functions such as signing in will not work.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
agency_os_session |
Recognises your session and keeps you signed in. | Expires after 120 minutes of inactivity. |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Prevents cross-site request forgery (CSRF) by verifying that forms are submitted by you. | For the session |
remember_web_* |
Created only if you tick “remember me” when signing in; keeps you signed in. | Until you sign out |
3. Analytics and advertising cookies
We do not use analytics, personalisation or advertising cookies. If we start using such cookies in the future, we will enable them only after obtaining your explicit consent and will update this policy.
4. Third-party content
- Fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts (
fonts.bunny.net) and, on some public form and payment pages, from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). In doing so, your IP address is technically transmitted to the font provider; no cookies are used for these requests. - When a business representative connects a WhatsApp account through Meta’s Embedded Signup flow in the panel, Meta’s Facebook JavaScript SDK is loaded. Meta may use its own cookies in this flow; they are governed by the Meta Cookies Policy.
5. Managing cookies
You can make your choice in the cookie notice shown on your first visit to the website and change it at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage rather than in a cookie, and is not sent to our servers.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the panels.
6. Changes and contact
When we update this policy, we change the date at the top of the page. For questions: [LEGAL_EMAIL].
