These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Gentz AI platform (the “Platform”). By signing in or connecting an account you accept these Terms. The Turkish version prevails in case of conflict.

1. The service
The Platform is software that lets digital agencies and the businesses they serve manage customer relationships, WhatsApp and Instagram messaging, appointments, quotes, sales, content publishing and reporting. Features depend on the plan chosen by the agency or business.
2. Accounts and authority
- Accounts are personal; you must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for actions taken with your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory for admin accounts.
- You may connect a WhatsApp Business account, Instagram professional account or Facebook Page only if you are authorised to do so.
- Agencies act for a business only within the authority that business grants.
3. Business responsibilities
- The business is the controller of its customers’ personal data; informing its customers, having a valid legal basis (e.g. consent, messaging opt-in) and answering data subject requests are its responsibility. The Platform acts as its processor; the parties’ obligations in that role are set out in the Data Processing Agreement.
- The business agrees to comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the Meta Commerce Policy, the Instagram Platform and Meta Platform Terms, and Turkish commercial electronic message law (Law No. 6563).
- Business-initiated WhatsApp messages are sent only with approved templates and only to people who opted in; the 24-hour customer service window and Instagram’s 7-day human agent rule are enforced by the Platform and cannot be bypassed.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages and misleading, unlawful or infringing content are prohibited.
4. AI features
AI-generated summaries, intent labels, reply drafts and automated replies may be inaccurate or incomplete. The business decides whether to enable automated replies and what the assistant may rely on, and is responsible for the results. The assistant hands the conversation to staff when the person asks for a human or when it is unsure, and never replies automatically outside the 24-hour window.
5. Third-party platforms
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook integrations depend on services provided by Meta Platforms. Changes to Meta’s terms, account restrictions, pricing or outages are outside the Platform’s control. WhatsApp messaging fees are billed by Meta directly to the business.
6. Fees
Fees follow the chosen plan and add-ons as agreed between the agency and the business, or between the Platform operator and the agency.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform’s software, design and brand belong to the Platform operator. Content and data uploaded by a business belong to that business; the Platform operator uses them only to provide the service.
8. Termination and data
Either party may end the subscription under the agreed terms. Access may be suspended for serious breaches of these Terms. When the subscription ends the business can export its data; workspace data is deleted within 30 days at the latest.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform operator is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, outages or restrictions of third-party platforms, or damages caused by use of the Platform contrary to these Terms.
10. Changes
These Terms may be updated; material changes are notified to users. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. [LEGAL_JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction over disputes. Statutory consumer rights remain reserved.
